Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Brand Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all new product introduction (NPI) projects. This includes project management with NPI managers, tracking progress using centralized systems, and escalating risks as necessary.

To achieve our goals, we need someone who can enhance project agility by identifying opportunities to meet or stretch standard service level agreements (SLAs). You will also manage the project management system for NPI projects, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion.

Furthermore, you will own the development and adaptation of packaging artwork based on strategic guidelines. You will work closely with relevant teams to follow up on packaging artwork adaptations and develop business cases and project briefs for NPI projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, analytical skills for tracking performance and deriving insights, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end NPI projects with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enhance project agility by identifying opportunities to improve SLAs.
  • Manage project management systems for NPI projects.
  • Develop and adapt packaging artwork based on strategic guidelines.
  • Follow up on packaging artwork adaptations with relevant teams.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand roles, or a hybrid in brand supply chain.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical skills for tracking performance and deriving insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Reliable team player with a flexible approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
