Associate DMS Client Support



At a leading financial intelligence firm, we understand that not all information is essential. Accurate and insightful data can make all the difference. As an Associate in Enterprise Support, you will provide professional and timely support to our clients who utilize feed-based products. You must have a deep understanding of investments, financial statements, and accounting principles.

You will work closely with colleagues in a team-based environment, utilizing excellent communication skills to address client concerns and product-related issues with various departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is also desirable.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics. You should possess intermediate to advanced MS-Excel experience, be familiar with corporate accounting standards, and have excellent English communication skills. Integrity, positivity, and a strong desire to assist others are vital qualities for success.
