
HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition and Development: Direct and manage the recruitment and selection process, train managers in interviewing procedures, and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop, propose, and implement human resources policies across the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Maintain the pay plan and benefits program, analyze salary reports, and determine a competitive compensation package.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high employee performance.
- Training and Learning: Assess training needs, develop and implement training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.
- Separation and Exit Planning: Manage and coordinate separations from employment, conduct exit interviews, and maintain accurate employee records.
- A degree in human resources management or business administration, along with extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives.
- Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in human resources management.
