We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our business partnering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with employees, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating employee relations issues, providing guidance, and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with management to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Participating in the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assisting with performance reviews by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Working closely with the Training & Development team to assess employee skills and capabilities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Years of experience in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
