Job Description

  • Accounting Functions

  • We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in a key role. As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) and general ledger.

  • You will prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform profit and loss analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries.

  • The successful candidate will also prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting packages, including tax filings and sales & indirect taxes submissions.

  • You will work closely with local banks and HQ Treasury to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ICAEW/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years relevant experience.

  • Worked in a multinational corporation with experience in a multi-entity/country environment.

  • Ability to handle full set of accounts, with strong financial planning and analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong ERP and IT systems knowledge, with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud preferred.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, with ability to type simplified Chinese.
