High-Performance Mobile App Developer

We're looking for an experienced mobile app developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new web and mobile experiences from the ground up, as well as integrating innovative features into existing applications.

About the Role

This is a hands-on development position that involves equal parts design and development. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, working on high-quality, high-performance, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Work with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and functionality. Develop and deploy high-quality web and mobile applications using the Ionic framework.
  • Integration and Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI, mobile, and backend teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Integrate and enhance app features to improve performance and scalability.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of RxJS, NgRx, IndexedDB, Angular Universal (SSR), lazy loading, dynamic component rendering, complex state management patterns, and Angular performance optimization techniques.
  • Cross-Platform Experience: Proficient in Capacitor (v1 to v6), experienced in Cordova and plugin migration. Skilled in writing custom native plugins using Swift (iOS) and Java (Android).
  • API Integrations: Experienced in integrating native SDKs, managing hybrid app lifecycles, and debugging platform-specific issues.
  • Deployment and Testing: Familiarity with app deployment and testing on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or relevant qualification.
  • Ionic Framework: Proficiency with the Ionic framework and mobile app development.
  • Angular/React/Vue.js: Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Cordova/Capacitor: Familiarity with Cordova or Capacitor for accessing native device features.
  • API Integrations: Experience with API integrations and asynchronous data handling.
  • Able to Work in Agile Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Preference for iOS Native Development: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in iOS native development.
