Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads and closing deals through platforms likeLinkedIn and Upwork, with a strong grasp of the global services market. This is an on-site role, requiring excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients viaLinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads across our key service lines:
- Staff Augmentation (tech and non-tech)
- Digital Marketing Services
- Project Outsourcing
- Dedicated Offshore/Onshore Teams
- Write compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage bidding activities on Upwork and similar platforms
- Schedule and lead introductory calls, product/service demos, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, reporting progress and forecasts to leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery and marketing teams to align capabilities with market needs
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events (if applicable)
Requirements
- Minimum2–3 yearsof relevant experience in business development, with a focus onLinkedIn outreachandUpwork bidding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency mandatory)
- Experience in services such asIT outsourcing, marketing, orresource augmentation
- Proven ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals independently
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, digital services, and freelancing ecosystems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
