Senior Culinary Specialist - Fine Dining

Senior culinary specialists are key members of the kitchen team, responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our fine dining establishment in Karachi.

  • Collaborate with head chefs to plan menus and develop new dishes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance
  • Maintain inventory levels and monitor food costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist in the creation of schedules and manage labor costs effectively

Requirements:

Culinary Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a sous chef in a fine dining setting
  • Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Leadership Skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
