Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard.

  • Maintain the highest level of food safety and quality control at all times.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver customized dining experiences for guests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and quality control procedures.
