Marketing Operations Lead

Lead our ecommerce clients' Facebook and Google Ad accounts to deliver ROAS-based results. This includes developing a customer-centric Ads funnel, setting up ads with advanced copywriting, and segmenting audiences appropriately.

  • Implement a clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns daily and scale accounts sustainably and aggressively.

You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth research using past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads. Additionally, you must have strong portfolio and numbers to prove your worth and handle international clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field from a prestigious university.
  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of delivering ROAS-based results.
