Project Leader

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to execute projects with precision, ensuring that milestones are met while maintaining a strict focus on safety regulations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning, execution, and site supervision, with prior experience in managing large-scale projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all construction site activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports to maintain transparency.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements and resolve any arising issues.
  • Supervise construction teams, foremen, and site engineers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure availability and proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials at the site.
  • Monitor construction progress and enforce compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required for this position. A master's degree in environmental engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
