Sales Account Manager Position

This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and developing positive relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' individual needs, generating new business using existing and potential customer networks, and resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.

  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Key Requirements

The key requirements for this role include:

  1. A strong command over spoken/written English and good conversation skills
  2. Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
  3. Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  4. Knowledge of Computer/Internet and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  5. Understanding of sales performance metrics
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  7. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  8. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
