Senior Data Engineer

This senior-level position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure. It requires extensive experience in designing, building, and scaling data pipelines as well as managing technical data products for client reporting. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in building and scaling data pipelines in complex environments and should be proficient in Python and modern data engineering frameworks.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of data engineers, architect and maintain scalable data pipelines, and ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices. They will also collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust data and AI solutions. In addition to these responsibilities, they will oversee data integration from multiple internal and external sources, recruit, onboard, and develop top data engineering talent, and monitor and report on data platform health, performance, and KPIs.

Required skills and qualifications include experience in the advertising or marketing industry, proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, and knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
