We are seeking a qualified and experienced nurse to deliver high-quality patient care according to the Scope of Practice.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure patient safety, prevent errors, and maintain a secure environment.
- Create a positive patient experience by promoting a conducive atmosphere and providing excellent communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all nursing interventions, treatments, and patient interactions.
- Develop a learning environment that fosters staff growth and development.
- Ensure proper inventory management, including charging and maintaining equipment and supplies.
A degree or diploma in General Nursing is essential for this role.
Possession of midwifery or postgraduate qualifications in relevant specialty areas is advantageous.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:- Infection control principles and practices.
- Pharmacological knowledge and administration.
- Nursing scientific principles and processes.
- Effective record-keeping techniques.
- Patient assessment and evaluation skills.
- Nursing procedures and protocols.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Clinical decision-making and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with relevant nursing legislation and regulations.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies.
