Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure patient safety.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment.
- Accurately document all nursing interventions.
- Contribute to staff development through knowledge sharing and training.
- Ensure accurate charging of stock and equipment.
Education: Enrolled Nurse Certificate is essential. Desired Education: CPD courses in specific specialty areas for enhanced professional growth.
Experience: No minimum experience required. Desired Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience before placement in a specialized unit.
Key Skills and Knowledge- Basic life support skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Infection control measures to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
- Pharmacology knowledge to administer medications safely and effectively.
- Nursing principles and processes to provide evidence-based care.
- Patient assessment skills to identify needs and develop effective care plans.
- Nursing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality care.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills for efficient documentation and communication.
- Nursing legislation to adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Care plan development skills to individualize patient care.
- Risk identification to anticipate and mitigate potential hazards.
