This visionary individual will craft and execute a compelling long-term technical strategy, drive product and business outcomes, and develop a robust product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement a technology vision for building cutting-edge features that prioritize fleet & driver safety.
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality products and services by the engineering teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to create a comprehensive long-term product roadmap.
  • Lead technical design discussions, collaborating with Frontend, Product, Design, Computer Vision & Data Science teams.
  • Oversee the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities for internal/external customers at consistently high quality.
  • Introduce and continually evolve best practices and standards for development, release, and operations processes.
  • Develop, document, and improve coding standards and best practices.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers.
  • As needed, contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments.

  • Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of software development principles and practices.
