Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Quetta. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met. Daily tasks include making sales calls, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings and events. The Sales Associate will also assist in developing sales strategies and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the steel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing
