The Training Department at Savvital plays a vital role in the initial, ongoing, and work-specific training of associates. The team is responsible for their progress, delivers training, ensures understanding, and evaluates performance throughout the Training Program. The program focuses on imparting core concepts, tasks, software utilization, and client-specific requirements. Associates are onboarded with clients, and the Training Team ensures a smooth transition and provides support during the initial period. Additionally, they rely on the Training Team for problem-solving, inquiries, and general support requests. Training requests from clients also involve re-onboarding the associate with the Training Department and creating a customized training plan executed by the Training Team. Other responsibilities include designing and drafting training content, updating and maintaining databases, coordinating with other departments, and miscellaneous tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to multitask and track multiple trainees' progress, all at different stages of the training program. Monitor and review the progress of all trainees.
  2. Manage and execute the initial training phases.
  3. Able to successfully conduct sessions and convey their understanding of the training content to new associates.
  4. Experience working with databases and CRMs; effectively able to administer and keep up to date all relevant databases. Able to utilize their functions competently.
  5. Ensure compliance with all training SOPs.
  6. Research, filter out, refine, and present content on current and new industries for Training purposes.
  7. Ensure that content, design, and context of all training material remains current for the relevant industry needs. Able to identify gaps in said content, through attention to detail and provide solutions proactively through research.
  8. Take initiative and generate ideas to assist in developing the training program.
  9. Identify and prioritize organizational training needs and programs in line with the company's strategy and vision.
  10. Able to identify problems and improve, change, and adapt existing methods and techniques.
  11. Assist in collaborating with core functional teams to assess training and development processes and needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in researching various topics and generating content.
  • Experience in designing and creating content, both visual and written.
  • Academic Writing and Content Creation Proficiency.
  • Research and Analytical Skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Documentation Optimization Proficiency.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
  • A Dedicated Team Player.
  • Patience, Motivation, Compassion, and Proactiveness.
  • Willing to explore out of their comfort zone to achieve potential solutions to various problems.

Working Conditions:

This is a Full-time Onsite role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
