Overview

Howmuch Pvt Limited is seeking a Call Center Sales Lead/Trainer with at least 5 years of experience as a Lead Sales in the call center industry with a proven track record of sales coaching.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
  2. Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  3. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.
  4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  5. Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
  6. Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.
  7. Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
  8. Hires and onboards new sales trainees.
  9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  10. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  11. Adheres to the company's policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  2. At least 4 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or in a similar position.
  3. Ability to measure performance.
  4. Experience with building and developing teams.
  5. Outstanding coaching skills.
  6. Background in Computer Sciences or a related field is a plus.
  7. High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  8. Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
  9. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  10. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  11. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
  12. Experience/Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
