Job Title: Senior Brand Promotion Manager

As a Senior Brand Promotion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market.

  • Promote the company's existing brands through various marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets their targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implement new sales plans and advertising campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients by making regular follow-ups, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in marketing or sales.
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
