Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with global brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies focused on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing social media team.
  3. Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of engaging content optimized for each platform.
  4. Community Management: Develop community-based social media management strategies and engage with followers.
  5. Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage sports influencers to amplify brand messaging.
  6. Platform Management: Manage brand presence across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  7. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and generate reports on social media performance.
  8. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing social media channels.
  • Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or an equivalent degree.
  • Passion for Sports: A genuine interest and understanding of the sports industry.
  • Skills:
  1. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  2. Proficiency in social media management tools.
  3. A proactive mindset with trend monitoring habits.
  4. Expertise in social media analytics and reporting.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
