Administrative Support Specialist

We seek an MBA graduate with experience in Project Management.

Main Duties:
  1. Deliver high-quality administrative and clerical services to the CEO.
  2. Manage reports, business papers, and correspondence efficiently.
  3. Organize and coordinate the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements.
  4. Coordinate the preparation, filing, and distribution of supporting documents, notes, and correspondence.
  5. Filter and manage incoming phone calls.
  6. Provide timely updates to the Campus Director regarding pressing matters, along with deadlines, and prepare supporting documentation.
  7. Address urgent matters, or refer them to the appropriate person in the CEO's absence.
  8. Attend Board meetings, stakeholders' sessions, and other events, taking accurate notes when necessary.
  9. Verify agendas and supporting documents and notes.
  10. Collaborate in maintaining the office policy and procedures manual.
  11. Offer administrative support to other departments as required.
Enhanced Communications:
  1. Respond to correspondence addressed to the Campus Director.
  2. Support in developing letters and presentations for the Campus Director.
  3. Welcoming stakeholders upon their arrival at campus.
Exceptional Projects:
  1. Participate in special projects assigned by the Campus Director.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis required for projects.
  3. Foster collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and visitors to meet project goals.
  4. Monitor project progress allocated to staff by the Campus Director. Compile progress reports and implement changes.
