Financial expertise is crucial to maintaining the integrity of financial records, ledgers, journals, and invoices. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices
  • Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure systematic filing of vouchers according to company-wise sequence
  • Scan and attach all supporting documents in the General Ledger (GL) to ensure completeness of financial data
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Cross-verify bills submitted by the Admin Department with relevant support from the initiating department
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to maintain and update fixed asset data
  • Assist in the reconciliation of vendor ledgers and other accounting records
  • Support monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Help verify all bills submitted to the Finance Department for completeness and correctness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (internships will be considered)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
