Credit Control Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Executive to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.

Your responsibilities will include following up on payments due, checking against credit limits and policies, investigating disputes, and conducting financial background and reference checks.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor collections, liaise with internal and external customers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing credit control processes.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma or above, at least 3-5 years of experience in credit control, prior experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry preferred, and computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
