Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Services:
    • Prepare and manage financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Import/Export Activities:
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Handle customs clearance and other regulatory procedures for imports and exports.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with office duties such as filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
