We're looking for an experienced professional with accounts, auditing, and import operations expertise.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in accounts, auditing, and import operations.
- Proficient in import documentation, including LCs and advance payments.
- Skilled in financial software and data management tools.
Experience:
3-5 years in accounts/auditing with knowledge of import processes.
Responsibilities:
- Banking Documents: Audit and verify LCs and advance payments prepared by the Bank Documentation Team.
- Transporter Bills: Audit bills, prepare summaries, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate with Accounts for payments.
- Clearing Agent Bills: Validate bills, update software, compile summaries, and manage payment follow-ups.
- Forwarding Agent Bills: Assess bills, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate payment processing.
- Security Deposits: Reconcile deposits with shipping lines to align with company records.
- Import Operations: Oversee documentation, financial records, and coordination with shipping and clearing agents.
