Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure effective transition of design into samples and production while ensuring manufacturability, material selection, and cost targets are met.
  • Supervise the direct development process between HQ and Tier 1 factories, ensuring that product integrity and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive change using principle-centered approaches aligned with adidas standards.
  • Make day-to-day decisions within defined scope and escalate complex issues to higher levels.
  • Execute defined directives and role model leadership to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant business experience in product development, engineering, and commercialization.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing, and material types.
  • Able to read shell patterns, 2D and 3D blueprints, BOM/CBD, FCT, etc.
  • Good understanding of costing principles and processes.
  • Creative mindset, strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
