Network Infrastructure Specialist

This position supports deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and IT service management tools across Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing ITSM/NMS cases, assisting in network design and optimization, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient, secure network operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in deployments across Pakistan
  • Basic knowledge of SNMP, ICMP, and network protocols
  • Responsible for opening and handling ITSM/NMS cases
  • Collaboration with enterprise-level architecture team to implement NMS tools including SolarWinds, ManageEngine, HaloITSM, and Quest; responsible for installation, implementation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Network design, integration, optimization, and migration
  • Engineering support for troubleshooting
  • Team collaboration to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
  • Other tasks assigned by management
  • Understanding of issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, internet access, email, etc.
  • Meeting deadlines and timelines for support and deployment TAT

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms and network management solutions (SolarWinds, ManageEngine, etc.)
  • Basic concepts of network security, firewalls, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Awareness of inventory management and IT audit processes
