Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, with a master's degree in project management. They must be able to oversee senior managers and ensure our organization's values are upheld throughout all levels.

This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Information management skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, are essential. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Develops strategic objectives for the department aligned with our initiatives.
  • Reviews high-level deliverables related to construction and renovation projects across our organization.
  • Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all organizational engagements.
  • Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.

Preferred candidates will have PMP or Prince 2 certifications and at least 20 years of experience in project-based fields related to civil and design projects.
