Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in people management, risk management, and change management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge and execution of the SDLC process.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable Agile Product Management experience.
  • PMP certification or active candidate will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to successfully lead a team and manage changing priorities and project risks.
