Project Leadership Opportunity

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from initiation to closure. Your key objective will be to deliver projects on time, while meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define clear project objectives, strategies, and priorities.
  • Manage and implement change control procedures to ensure alignment with team expectations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and manage project organization structures, secure necessary resources, and plan project execution.
  • Oversee project progress, monitor performance, and provide regular updates on cost and delivery.
  • Manage changes in project scope, requirements, and risks, ensuring timely adjustments as needed.
  • Guarantee on-time project delivery and maintain effective information distribution.
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams and related forums.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a drive to expand knowledge.
  • Effective communication, decisive, results-driven, and people-oriented individual.
  • International experience is highly valued.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE, AGILE) are an asset.
  • Team player with outstanding cooperation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
