
Training Program Specialist

About the Role:
The Training Department plays a vital role in the organization by delivering initial, work-specific, and ongoing training to associates. The primary responsibility of the Training Team is to supervise the progress of new hires, provide necessary training, and evaluate their performance throughout the training program.
The training focuses on imparting core concepts and tasks of the industry, software used for work, and client-specific requirements. Upon onboarding with a client, the Training Team ensures a smooth transition and provides support during the initial period. Additionally, they handle problem-solving, inquiries, and general support requests from associates working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple trainees' progress at various stages of the training program, monitoring and reviewing their development.
- Implement and execute initial training phases effectively.
- Conduct successful sessions, conveying a clear understanding of training content to new associates.
- Utilize databases and CRMs efficiently, administering and updating relevant databases competently.
- Maintain compliance with all training SOPs.
- Research, refine, and present content on current and emerging industries for Training purposes.
- Ensure training material remains up-to-date and relevant to industry needs, identifying gaps and providing proactive solutions through research.
- Initiate ideas to enhance the training program and contribute to its development.
- Identify and prioritize organizational training needs and programs aligning with the company's strategy and vision.
- Proactively identify problems and improve, adapt, or modify existing methods and techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in researching topics and generating content.
- Proficiency in designing and creating content, both visual and written.
- Academic Writing and Content Creation Skills.
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Documentation Optimization Skills.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
- A Dedicated Team Player.
- Patience, Motivation, Compassion, and Proactiveness.
- Willingsness to explore out-of-comfort-zone solutions to various problems.
- Ability to assist people with learning and development, demonstrating proven people management skills.
- Capacity to utilize resources efficiently to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
- Effective communication, listening, adapting, and reiterating skills for delivering engaging training sessions.
