Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Training Program Coordinator to support the development of internal training programs that align with business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in training coordination and a passion for employee development.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver engaging training programs that meet skill gaps identified through thorough needs assessments.
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for internal and external training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop effective training materials, guides, and digital content that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback collection, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the Learning Management System (LMS), optimizing training program efficiency.
  • Support onboarding activities and ongoing learning initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with new learning tools, trends, and methodologies to enhance training quality and impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a learning and development or HR-related role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training coordination techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, SHRM-CP, ATD) will be advantageous in this role.
Work Details:

The selected candidate will work from our office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
