
Training Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training content, as well as experience in managing training budgets and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training modules and materials in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with local master trainers to mobilize them for training programs.
- Oversee administrative arrangements for in-house trainings, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the Learning and Development Head Office.
- Evaluate trainings and write comprehensive reports on program effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a relevant domain, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze training needs, develop solutions, and implement effective training programs.
