Retail Sales Team Leader

As a retail store manager, you will lead a sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and retail management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer care through quality and excellent service.
- Initiate marketing campaign sales promotions activities to increase sales.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Stock Management:
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
- Evaluate vendors/contractors to ensure proper inventory supply.
- Take effective measures to control inventory expiry and damage.
- Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities.
- Operations Excellence:
- Maintain operations excellence by directing best practices and goods delivery standards.
- Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Update IT infrastructure for business information analysis.
- Develop monthly budgets for key operations expenses.
- Lead outlet project-repair and maintenance.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Ensure best cash management practices.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing a monthly budget and analyzing variances.
- HR Management:
- Achieve human resource objectives by supporting recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, engaging, and retaining staff.
- Enforce HR Department policies and procedures.
