Scope of Work: Procurement and Supply of IEC Material

We seek qualified companies to supply the following IEC materials:

Techincal Evaluation Criteria

  • 1. Company Registration

A copy of company registration certificate is mandatory.

2. National Tax Registration Certificate

A copy of NTN letter from FBR is required. Please clearly mention the status of GST (Active / Inactive / Not Registered).

3. Company Profile

Please provide information about company's vision, mission, history, past experience, client list, and location.

4. Letters / Agreements / Purchased Orders for NGOs and INGOs

Please attach relevant copies of letters/agreements/purchased orders.

5. Bank Statement / Audit Report

Please attach a copy of latest year bank statement or last audit report.

6. Dealership / Distribution

Please attach authorization or distribution from the manufacturer.

  • The following elements will be evaluated in financial evaluation and a decision will be made on the basis of;

  • Least Delivery Time 15%
  • Competitive Price 35%
