Job Summary:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, resolving issues efficiently, and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support requests
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Plan future improvements and suggest IT solutions to business problems
• Provide technical support across the organization
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and advise on how to avoid similar incidents
• Record incident resolution and communicate with stakeholders
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues
• Theoretical understanding of Client/Server Operating Systems, Networking, and IP Telephony
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

• Flexible approach to work and problem-solving
• Excellent telephone mannerisms
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff
• Ability to work proactively with little direct supervision
