This role is a vital part of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to multitask.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Offer timely and accurate information to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Manage incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding as necessary to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, including all necessary stationery and materials to create a positive impression.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently to prevent delays.
- Procure front office supplies and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Track and record office expenses and costs for transparency and accountability.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing and data entry with precision and accuracy to support the team's productivity.
Requirements:
