Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solution Analyst to lead the analysis and development of systems, providing strategic solutions to enhance operational performance and optimize internal systems.

The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high-quality documentation, manage complex projects, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements.

This role requires the ability to analyze complex business needs and develop system requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare and oversee the development of critical system analysis and business requirement documents.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of system updates and modifications.
  • Conduct and manage system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance.
  • Generate and present regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have advanced proficiency in creating visual diagrams such as flowcharts, case diagrams, and data flow models using UML.
