This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled project administrator. You will play a vital role in supporting business operations and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on digital business coordination and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
- Assist in the management and review of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable UK or US university.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in Project Management, project administration, business operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
