Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
  • Assist in the management and review of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable UK or US university.
  • 1-1.5 years of experience in Project Management, project administration, business operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
