Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled training professional to create engaging and interactive content, develop voice-over scripts, and conduct thorough training needs analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality training materials for group sessions.
- Design and deliver effective voice-over scripts that enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and distribute training manuals as needed.
- Collaborate with the Training Team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify performance gaps.
- Prepare a monthly learning calendar aligned with business objectives and inputs from business unit heads.
- Analyze and compile Employee Training data.
- Review and design comprehensive Training Programs Manuals and Library Management systems.
- Maintain and update training program Manuals according to established standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as HRM, Marketing, or related majors.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience preferably in consultancy, education, or corporate settings.
- Skill-based experience working in relevant fields is highly valued.
Skills:
Training Program Designing, Training Material Creation, Training Needs Analysis, and Training Development.
