Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/MPA along with LLB,
  • Minimum 5 years experience of handling IR issues in a reputable organisation preferably in the FMCG sector,
  • Knowledge of employment contracts, labor laws, industrial relations legislation including the Employment Relations Act, employment court processes and judgments,
  • Excellent people management skills, team player, strong communication & PC skills,
  • Age up to 35 years.
