We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and success by implementing and deploying new business processes and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through platforms such as Elance, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Define project scope and develop customized proposals that meet client needs.
- Secure projects through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular phone and in-person interactions.
- Provide timely reports on sales forecasts and field activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of prior work experience in sales, business development, or related positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US or European accent preferred.
- Technical knowledge of web development to effectively propose services to clients.
- Experience using CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics.
