We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and forms, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (if applicable).
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles.
