Main Responsibilities:

  4. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions, facilitating seamless communication and issue tracking.

  • Problem-Solving and De-Escalation: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure, de-escalating challenging situations and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfort working independently in a remote environment while contributing to a larger team effort, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new AI-driven systems.
