Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Automation and CRM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales ops, or CRM management.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Own and manage Zoho CRM, ensuring clean data, optimized workflows, and proper integration with marketing automation and finance tools.
  • Design and implement lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for BD and digital teams.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Analyze funnel metrics from lead to close, marketing attribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to support campaign targeting, reporting, and lead flow.
  • Work with BDRs, AEs, and Marketing to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Finance for revenue recognition and collections tracking.
  • Coordinate with Product/Operations to align GTM activities with service delivery.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and leadership insights.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, or CRM Management.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (Zoho One Suite experience is a big plus).
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, GTM processes, and/or RCM business models.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS or RCM companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
