Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist to leverage your expertise in marketing automation and drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your advanced Marketo knowledge to complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of lead conversion, lead scoring, sales lifecycle management, segmentation, and data management, translating that knowledge into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns in Marketo Engage, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting.
  • Development and management of lead scoring models and nurturing programs.
  • Create smart lists for segmentation in Marketo, ensuring proper database segmentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow from Marketo to Salesforce.
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, forms, and emails for better performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate KPI reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with Marketo integrations with systems like ZoomInfo, NeverBounce, and Qualified.
  • Implement UTM parameters effectively for tracking campaign performance across channels.
  • Stay updated on best practices for Marketo and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo Engage.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation principles, including lead management, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE).
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization.

Other Details:

  • Timing: Morning shift - 12 AM to 8 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • Job Mode: Full-time, Onsite
  • Location: Lahore
