Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in various marketing domains.

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company values, managing all marketing campaigns (internal & external), including documentation and reporting.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue, ROI, brand awareness, reach, recruitment, and website traffic.
  • Manage performance marketing activities across paid social channels, focusing on return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and implement dashboards for reporting and visualization of marketing data, including demand funnel, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain relationships with industry professionals, publications, and journalists, and coordinate attendance at industry events.
  • Represent the company at industry events for promotion and recruitment purposes.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

A strong background in market analysis, competitor research, and customer behavior is essential for this role.
