Paksoft Systems is a growing IT solutions company specializing in custom software and web development. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and drive our marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.


• Establish a strong brand identity and market positioning for Paksoft Systems in the IT industry.


• Lead and oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives.


• Build data-driven lead generation and client acquisition strategies across multiple channels.


• Drive content strategy (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces) to showcase expertise.


• Manage public relations, partnerships, and events to enhance visibility.


• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.


• Define and monitor KPIs, ROI, and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.


• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.


• Spearhead marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics tools for efficiency.


• Develop customer retention and loyalty programs to strengthen long-term relationships.


• Represent Paksoft Systems at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking platforms.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or senior marketing leadership role in the IT/software sector.


• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, digital strategies, and brand positioning.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation: The total compensation package for this position can be Rs. 1,000,000 (Pakistani Rupees One Million) inclusive of commissions, incentives and bonuses depending upon the performance of the individual. The final amount will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skill set, capability and demonstrated performance.
