Job Role: Language Liaison Specialist

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for serving as a communication bridge between Spanish-speaking customers and our clients, ensuring seamless interactions and compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Matriculate or higher education level.
  • Excellent command over English and Spanish languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
